Graeme has worked in talent acquisition since leaving Cambridge University in 2001 where he graduated with a degree in English Literature. He spent seven years at S3 becoming Managing Director of two brands before leaving the business to set up his first talent acquisition consulting practice – Consort Group. Consort Group was sold to Rethink Group in 2015 and Graeme subsequently led its outsourcing division RTM for three years. Driven by the ambition of establishing a pure play talent acquisition consulting firm that helps organisations transform talent acquisition for themselves, he left RTM in 2018 to set up Caraffi.
Rob has been working in the recruitment and talent management sector for over 25 years. He has operated at main PLC board level and as an independent consultant, providing services to hundreds of customers across the world. He has pioneered solutions in talent acquisition for global giant brands and scale up organisations. As a keen student of organisational culture and human performance Rob enjoys solving client problems and building lasting successful relationships with customers. His primary focus for Caraffi is spearheading growth in the UK and Europe.
Hayley has been working in talent acquisition for over 11 years. She graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in Sociology and Social Policy. Following university, she trained as a bid manager, spending seven years at Fujitsu Siemens and Dell before moving to Rethink Group in 2010. As the head of bid management at Rethink, Hayley designed and implemented the bid process and managed all bid activity. Latterly, she was responsible for all operations across the RTM brand. Sharing Graeme’s passion of building a pure play TA consulting form. She left RTM in 2019 to help set up Caraffi. Hayley’s primary responsibilities in the business are people strategy, commercial strategy and business operations.
Daniel has worked in talent acquisition for over a decade since starting his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Bank as an Analyst. Beginning his talent acquisition journey at ABN AMRO, he used his passion for technology to become an expert in HR and recruitment tech, process design and analytics. Daniel has been involved in multiple global digital transformation projects and has extensive knowledge of implementing complex technology solutions into different markets. Here at Caraffi, he is using his experience to help organisations use tech to elevate the science behind talent acquisition.
Kate has worked in the employer brand world for over twelve years. Having worked both in-house at Deloitte, Saudi Aramco, GE Healthcare and at creative employer brand agencies, Kate has a unique expertise in advising on communicating people propositions across the candidate and employee experience. She will be using these skills in her role as our Head of Employer Brand advising clients on all aspects of their people experience to attract and retain the best talent.
Emma has worked in the Employer Branding space for the last 11 years as part of award winning employer brand agencies - more recently running her own consultancy before joining Caraffi. Partnering with many well known names to help them understand their points of differentiation, employer value propositions and talent strategy, Emma is well placed to advise clients on all areas of communicating their people experience to share a compelling story and attract and retain top talent.
Kirsten has over 18 years’ experience working in the Talent and Recruitment industry. With a background in Psychology, Kirsten is a qualified Green Six Sigma Expert specialising in processes, organisational design and technology. Kirsten works with clients to analyse their existing talent strategies and help them design and build new strategies focused on delivering outputs with a strong focus on the candidate experience.
Emily has worked creating social media strategies in the talent acquisition sector since graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in Film and Literature. Emily started her career at Rethink Group, managing the social media channels for all of its brands, before moving to work exclusively at RTM. She’s created multiple national recruitment campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands and now she brings her expertise to Caraffi.
Sarah brings over 15 years of experience in learning and talent to Caraffi. Having started her career in construction, she now has extensive experience across the gambling and FMCG sectors. Sarah helps our clients deliver large scale talent development programmes that support their overall business strategy by building innovative, self-sufficient teams that deliver best practice L&D and talent.
